This is the core of my experience – I believe the employee lifecycle starts with identifying the right talent at the offset, using the right tools, method and process. This approach can easily then evolve into Talent Management (the development and progress of your employee within your organisation) and ultimately contribute to the success of your business. I can help you drive the quality of your selection and hiring process, meaning you are investing in the people that will successfully drive your business and their careers forwards.

Organisation Restructuring
As your organisation grows and encounters ‘challenges in the road’ your structure and organisation chart will change and evolve with it. You may need temporary resources and skillsets; you may no longer need those skills and resources you currently have. The ability to navigate change and manage it successfully has to be one of the key things in any HR professional’s ‘toolkit’. Change starts with the question ‘where are we trying to get to…’. It may only happen once, or it may need to be ongoing. For a small business, it can be a very personal and stressful time.
I have had extensive experience of working with organisations, small and large in restructuring resources, evaluating skills and communicating change.

Performance Management & Bespoke HR Solutions
Monitoring performance of your individuals is key to the performance of your organisation – you measure that in financials and metrics – why wouldn’t you want to measure the output of your biggest asset? I am passionate that performance management is a positive aspect of the HR offering; delivered in the right way this can be one of the most powerful tools in the Manager toolbox. Giving feedback and discussing what has worked well and not so well is motivating and generates commitment and passion. At JJC HR we can talk ‘forms and process’ but we believe the heart of the matter is ‘communication’. We concentrate on the coaching of Line Managers, on giving and receiving feedback, how to manage an under performer and an over performer and how to get the best out of any process.
At JJC HR we are HR generalists – we can help on HR-related project work in times when you need an additional ‘pair of hands’ or when your current employees are absent, short and longer-term.
Need HR assistance on employee relations processes or reviewing processes and paperwork? We can help manage the identification and introduction of new HR systems, HR workshop delivery, mass redundancy rounds and employee exit (both supporting the business and the individuals).
We provide 1:1 coaching for Line Managers and individuals within your organisation. We have an extensive number of HR Professionals within our network and would be happy to make any recommendations and introductions if we are not experts or cannot help you directly.
WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS
We also work with individuals on career coaching, outplacement support, CV writing and interview skills. If you are a smaller organisation we can help you exit employees in a way that suits both of you – with a personal touch that helps them make the best decisions about their future career paths.
